4. Refund Policy


Digital Products


Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.


No refunds, returns, or exchanges are provided for digital products, downloads, online courses, memberships, or educational materials once purchased.


If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.


Consulting & Experiences


All consulting payments and deposits are non-refundable.


Because time, scheduling, preparation, and resources are reserved specifically for each client, cancellations within fourteen (14) days of a scheduled consultation or experience are not eligible for refund or transfer.


Highbrow Ranch may, at its sole discretion, allow one transfer to a future date if cancellation occurs more than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled experience.


No-shows are considered forfeited.

You understand that horses are unpredictable animals and that accidents and injuries can occur despite reasonable care and safety measures.
