Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

Once a digital product, course, template, PDF, or downloadable material has been purchased and accessed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

 

All consulting payments and deposits are non-refundable.

Because we reserve time, resources, scheduling, and preparation specifically for each client, cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled experience are not eligible for transfer or refund.

If cancellation occurs more than 14 days prior to the scheduled date, payments may be transferred one time to a future date at Highbrow Ranch’s discretion.

No-shows for scheduled calls, consultations, or in-person experiences are considered forfeited.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the experience is not the right fit for a client’s goals, expectations, or safety.
